Airport pick-up

When you arrive at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport or Shenzhen North railway station, ShenSourcer offers tiered airport reception so you can reach Huaqiangbei, your hotel, or short-stay apartment without hassle. We tailor the level of support to your budget and itinerary.

Our basic airport reception fee is CNY 120, available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It includes a meet-and-greet at the arrival hall, luggage assistance, and help choosing the best way onward—private car, ride-hail/taxi, or metro and other public transport—with clear route guidance.

For a dedicated private transfer, the one-way fee is CNY 200, covering Bao'an, Nanshan, Futian, and Luohu districts (including the airport and typical hotels, short-stay flats, and Huaqiangbei-area addresses within those districts).

Private-car waiting time is included for up to 30 minutes from the agreed pick-up time or actual arrival (whichever applies per your booking). If waiting exceeds 30 minutes due to delays, immigration queues, etc., an additional CNY 30 is charged for each extra 30-minute block; partial blocks are rounded up to 30 minutes.

If you choose taxi or public transport, the basic reception fee does not include fares or metro tickets—those are paid by you. We focus on meeting you, communicating clearly, and helping you avoid wrong routes or unnecessary detours.

To book, send your flight/train number, arrival time, party size, luggage count, and destination address. Once confirmed, we connect via WhatsApp and share your greeter's contact. For late arrivals, extra luggage, or special vehicle needs, please tell us in advance for an accurate quote.
